There's tons of posts and videos about how alt accounts are one of the best investments for generating gold. I am in general a very skeptical and curious person. So I wanted to calculate for myself what the value of an alt account is, how much/gems you could generate per year and how long it would take you to break even on the price. Follow along as I'll dissect the monthly rewards, how they can be spent and how much gold you can generate per cycle of 28 days. We'll finish of the video by comparing the theoretical gem value to the cost of the game. I will reiterate on some subjects, such as the GeForce Now promotion and sales, as these do impact the final number.
