This is a settlement build tour at Vault 88 from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere) with additional assets being spawned using console commands. For this build I went with the theme of the vault only being partially constructed before the bombs fell, and as such occupies the main cavern and stretches slightly into the North Sector. The main entrance, security office and reactor have largely been left untouched, except to clean them up and add lighting. From the Atrium the ground floor features a bar and dinner, with stores, a barber, laundrette and a clinic from the first floor, and a classroom, sports hall and gym accessible from the second. The vault also includes a research lab and player apartments, along with the Overseers Office, Armoury and Guard Quarters. Accessible from the ground and first floors of the Atrium are a large Residential block featuring communal bathrooms, along with utility corridors providing access to 3 Hydroponics labs and then North and Northeast sectors. The Water Pump in the East sector has also been built up and has its own separate power station and control room, along with a small canteen and bathrooms for its workers. This build took far longer than I expected and apart from a few performance issues in certain sections really pleased with how this turned out.
