traditional The March of Brian Boru Gespeeld bij het Lustrumconcert van de Nederlandse Fluit Academie op 9 november 2014 in de grote zaal van TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht. Uitgevoerd door een MEGA Fluitorkest met 500 fluitisten (amateurs en professionals) van alle leeftijden uit Nederland en België. Op het podium een fluitorkest met 80 fluitisten onder leiding van Neflac's artistiek leider Emily Beynon. Het podiumorkest bestond uit het Neflac Ensemble, Neflac docent Wieke Karsten, Neflac cursisten uit alle jaren en professionals o.a. uit Nederlandse toporkesten. Brian Boru werd ingezet door slagwerker Nies van Hoorn (Percossa). Aan het eind speelden alle gastsolisten van dit concert mee: Roberta Alexander (sopraan), Thijs van Leer (fluit), Eric Vloeimans (trompet) Dirigent Jeroen Bron. At the front of the stage, the Neflac Ensemble with 9 participants of past Neflac courses, led by Emily Beynon (Neflac artistic director) and with Wieke Karsten, Neflac teacher. Behind them on stage, an orchestra of 80 flute players made up participants of Neflac courses, supported by professionals for top orchestras of The Netherlands.
