One day visit to iconic Chureito pagoda and Lake Yamanaka in the peek of autumn around Mt.Fuji- [4K]

From this video, you can enjoy the beauty of the autumn leaves around Mt. Fuji area. Also lot's of travel information about attractions in Yamanashi prefecture and how to visit them for cheap money. This time I went to Yamanashi prefecture to see some iconic photographic location in Japan. Today is 2022.11.12 and it is a weekend. It is the peek of the autumn around Yamanashi prefecture and one of a best place to see red color autumn leaves in Japan. Best thing is you can visit many places even in one day trip from Tokyo, Kanagawa and Shizuoka prefectures. I got in to the train from Machida station in Tokyo and went to Hachioji and then got the train to Otsuki station. From Otsuki, I got a travel pass that gives unlimited rides for the FujiQ railway local line and all the local buses in Yamanashi sight-seen destinations. This pass is valid for 2 days. It's a good way to save some money while you travel. My first visit was to see the iconic view of Chūrei-tō pagoda (忠霊塔) with the background of autumn leaves and stunning view of Mount Fuji. This place is very popular among foreigners and popular hash tag for many insta photos and videos. I highly recommend to visit this place in the cherry blossom season in the mid of the April or in the peek of the autumn like today. With the colors of the cherry flowers or orange autumn leaves, you can get instagram worthy photos or a trending video for your Youtube or Tiktok. Also you can just sit and relax while looking the breathtaking view. Next, I went to see the lake Yamanaka after one 1 and 40 minute local bus ride from Mt.Fuji station. There are many locations around the lake that you can enjoy some boat rides, bicycle rides or just to do a picnic. But I chose Nagaike water park that gives the best view of lake Yamanaka with the background of Mt.Fuji and beautiful autumn leaves from behind. Lake Yamanaka is quite far from the lake Kawagichiko and other lakes. But also it's the closest lake to Mt. Fuji. So the view is much closer and you can see the mountain as a giant. I left lake Yamanaka and got into the bus to visit Kawaguchiko station and it didn't go well as I expected because there was a huge traffic on the way. Somehow, I really wanted to go and visit my final location which is Maple corridor close to lake Kawaguchi. So I got in to the bus and the bus took nearly 25 minutes just to go 1Km due to the long traffic. So finally I gave up the idea of going to Maple corridor and got off the bus from next station. This is a kind of a problem you have face if you use busses for traveling in Japan. Even in the busy seasons there are no extra busses and also the last bus time also never extends. So keep that in mind when you travel by public transportation. Finally, I walked 1Km and came back to Kawaguchiko station and got the train and headed home.
