Take a stroll through a summer meadow with me! In this tutorial I first show you my full drawing and composition process, as I create this design of poppies, daisies and buttercups with a dragonfly, a bee and a ladybird adding colour and character. Then in stage two we paint the flowers and insects in either one, two or three layers. And finally we add lines in ink to create a nostalgic illustration effect. Ideal for beginners, improvers and advanced creatives alike.
