This is a New Jersey living episode that we are filming in Milburn, New Jersey. I'm at the train station, and the train behind me is headed to New York on the opposite side of the tracks from where I am. Millburn is close to both Summit and West Orange, as well as a few other towns that we haven't recorded in yet but will be recording in Maplewood, Union, and Springfield soon. Right now, Sergio Emilio and Gloria Estefan are performing, so this theater is just a hand's reach away so you can see the theater itself; it's kind of a drop-off, and entry is right behind me into the actual theater. Milburn is rapidly rising on the map, and you'll notice two names: Milburn and Short Hills, which is an unincorporated section of Melbourne. The official township is Melbourne. Short Hills and Millburn, New Jersey, have some of the most expensive real estate in the state, and we'll look at what's available for those looking for an affordable trip to New York City. We're talking about a 40-minute drive from where we are right now, which is very convenient. Trains run here, and the schools are excellent.
