This is my first time seeing a Dutch supermarket and what is different to those here in Australia. I was amazed to see a large number of cheeses and sprinkles (hagelslag). Unlike our supermarkets in Australia I love the idea of the hand scanners. I love my Dutch heritage. My mother and Grandparents were born in Friesland, Netherlands and immigrated to Australia in the 1950s. I am trying to learn the Dutch language (and maybe West Frisian also).
