There are certain tips and tricks that can help with these issues. First thing is to match your IPD with the Ocular Quest 2 IPD. The Oculus Quest 2 has 3 settings, and sometimes this can create an issue if your IPD doesn't match the settings. Dr. EyeGuy will help you fix the IPD issue. Oculus Quest 2 has a Night Mode option (Blue Filter) to reduce blue light. This can potentially help reduce digital eye strain, as well as help with your sleep. Oculus Quest makes eye inserts for prescription lenses, as well as inserts for extra Blue Light filters.
