Trains at Westbury, WML - 4th November 2022

Hello and welcome old, new subscribers & to those who visited to my latest video. Few weeks since after been at Southampton Central, I’ve been out filming back in daytime once again. On 4th November I went to Westbury ( Wiltshire ) which is situated on Wessex Main Line. It’s very impressive station, very scenic and quite quiet. The Freight Yard next door to station is excellent, as you can see plenty of Freight and Light Loco movement which is a real treat. Westbury station is similar to Eastleigh, but Freight Yard isn’t as big. Station facilities are good, there is a waiting room and coffee shop which is situated on Platform 2 and 3. This station has got some to offer, plenty of GWR 165 / 166, 158 and Hitachi 800, and SWR 159. The view towards Frome & Warminster & Salisbury is top notch even with the Freight Yard as well, the view towards Bath, Bristol & Reading is decent.
