Easy Peach Jam Using Certo Fruit Pectin Peaches happen to be a favorite for my husband and myself. Whether they are freshly sliced and in a bowl, canned in light syrup or made into jam peaches in the middle of winter is quite a treat. Following the methods used in the video choose the fruit pectin you are most familiar with and follow the directions for that product.
