The Musical Priest is a popular three part Irish reel. In this fiddle lesson I demonstrate two versions of the tune. First the basic melody, then a version with ornaments, including bowed triplets (trebles), rolls and cuts. I also suggest a minor variation based on the version recorded by fiddle James Morrison. I use on-screen sheet music throughout, and a free pdf of The Musical Priest is available to subscribers (see below).
