Trigger Point Myofascial Release for Full Body | Guided Workout

In this guided trigger point myofascial release workout, Kendra guides you through myofascial releases for the full body. Starting with the feet and working the way up the legs, to the hips, back, chest, and neck, you'll feel like you've had a full body massage when you're done. You'll use a small ball, foam roller and if you have it, a double roller as a massage ball or trigger point roller.
