We got our hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S6, and what did we do right away with it? We took it apart of course. This piece has a cracked LCD... - take SIM card tray out - heat up the rear housing edge - remove the back of the phone - undo the 13 screws - heat up the LCD Assembly edge - separate the rear housing from the LCD Assembly - pull up the wireless charging chip to avoid damage - remove the power button - remove the volume button - remove the wireless charging chip - pry up connectors connecting to the motherboard - disconnect the charging port flex cable - remove the main board - remove the battery - remove front camera - remove the approximate sensor and ear speakr - remove the vibrate motor - remove the Bluetooth and WiFi antennas - undo the earphone jack screw - remove the LCD assembly - remove the USB charging port - remove the home button - remove the rear facing camera
