LEARN THE NLP META MODEL In this NLP video I am going to give you a quick introduction to the NLP Meta Model. I have a thirty year background in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Meditation – and if there is only one thing out of all of that, that I could leave you with then it would have to be the NLP Meta Model. The Meta Model is the most powerful linguistic tool that is available to mankind. It gives you the power to challenge everything for the truth. You sometimes hear people say that knowledge is power yet knowledge ‘aint’ worth shit unless you can apply it – and then what if that knowledge is just not true? The application of that knowledge is going to take you in the wrong direction. What you need is a tool – a linguistic tool – so that you can challenge everything for the truth. And that tool is the NLP Meta Model. The NLP Meta Model was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, and first published in The Structure of Magic, Volume 1 in 1975. It was updated by Michael Hall and published in the book Communication Magic in 2001. It gives you a set of questions to help you improve your communication skills and gather high quality information. Use it to find out what people actually mean by their communication not what you think they mean. - Learn to pursue a process of inquiry. - Gather high quality information. - Improve your communication skills. - Make better decisions. - Get better outcomes and reach higher levels of success. - Have better relationships. Make sure you spend your life with the right people. - Resolve conflict and facilitate peaceful outcomes. - And if you are interested then use it to make more money. How do you learn the NLP Meta Model? There are three easy steps to learning the Meta Model: 1. Learn what a sentence looks like when it has what we call a meta model violation. 2. Create sentences which contain those violations. 3. Craft a response. It might sound like head stuff but in fact it is a lot of fun and when you think of how you can use the Meta Model to transform your life, your relationships, your career and the world then I know that one day you will have a sense of gratitude, just like me, and will want to share the power that it gives you, to get from the back seat into the drivers seat of your life. What if everyone mastered the NLP Meta Model? My sincere belief is that if the NLP Meta Model was taught at schools and universities there would be a lot less conflict in the world; less domestic violence; less terrorism, fewer wars, less inequality and more justice, fairness and harmony. I am committed to popularising the NLP Meta Model throughout the world and especially amongst the younger people – school kids, teenagers and young adults.
