Audi 01E 6-speed transmission teardown, 1-2 collar swap and reassembly

I had a little too much fun playing with the launch control and destroyed my narrow first gear. I got a newer 6 speed 01E with a locked up 1-2 shift collar so this video is just documenting the replacement of that shift collar and reassembly before I install it in the car. This is not a "how to" video, I just wanted to document any work I do on the car from now on and and I figured this would be a good place to start. I will be upgrading the transmission internals later on, but for now this will have to do. I will be doing an install video next so stay tuned!
