Within a simple grid layout, a water courtyard centrally cuts through the formal and informal living rooms, keeping the house cool and serene as well create an inside-outside connection. Natural light penetrates the home through a combination of cut-outs, shafts, windows and skylights. The upper floors have large terraces enabling expansive views of the surrounding landscapes and the nearby BBMP Garden from the bedrooms, bringing in more natural light.
