Not the most efficient, but definitely the cheapest way of farming cannon balls for the 4th of July Event in Fishing Planet: Go to Texas, spawn at the hut (spot up top), walk to the water line and position yourself in between the lily pads. Then cast to the spot shown in the video. Around 50-45 m (depending on what your rod is capable of). There are 4-5 snag points in this area, that each have a chance of getting you a cannon ball. You will get even more snags and better "cannon ball ratio" in Alaska. But it is way more expensive. Just stack up on cannon balls there whenever you're at the lake (and / or doing missions), and you will be set. No in-game sound due to Fishing Planet being buggy. Sorry for that.
