If Micah has no quests for you, complete the Adventure "Queen's Part 1" as part of the "Destined Heroes" quest. You should be brought to Micah and actually given a chain of 3 Convalescence quests. Completing all 3 will unlock the Alone in the Dark quest. 2. If you are wondering why you cannot "invert" the cysts (aka using the bird to change them) it is because you have not repeated the Alone in the Dark quest enough. Keep running it, even after it says you have discovered 6/6 cysts. 3. Previously there was an issue where collecting Lost Encryption bits with a full inventory would cause the bits to disappear.
