He spend his youth in the picturesque Wallfahrtsort Werl in Nordrhein-Westfalen then moved to Münster for the study of musicology. He finished the university in Berlin where he also become a musician, entrepreneur, booker, organizer ... you name it. Most people know him for being the guy who established the legendary Tresor Club in Berlin. After certain decades in the german capital he turns his eyes back to Nordrhein-Westfalen where his roots lie. So in Dortmund there’s now also a Tresor Club. The Tresor West.
