Growing up I've played a majority of the games in the Paper Mario series, although I never really went in depth or finish any of them outside of the origami king. Online, I've seen fans praise the original games for being amazing RPG's and the newer games just can't hold a candle to the earlier games. Sticker Star, Color Splash, and Origami king received good reviews from critics, but fans not so much. Guess Nintendo is listening and remade The Thousand Year Door for the Nintendo Switch. Now that I've played everything the game had to offer, I finally understand why OG fans want this style to return to the series. Bring Back Unique Allies like Goombella, Bobbery and Vivian. New Locations in the series, and the intricate battle system. With Super Mario RPG, Thousand Year Door, and a new Mario & Luigi game releasing on Switch, Mario RPG fans are living the dream.
