Level: All levels, beginner-friendly When to practice: any time of day that works for you, morning, afternoon, or evening. This class was designed to be supportive during all phases of the menstrual cycle and phases of assisted reproductive technology. How often to practice: as often as feels good and supportive to you. With my one-on-one clients, I typically recommend at least 2x a week.
