There are 3 most common ways that I see the neck age: (1) Platysmal Bands (neck bands) becoming prominent, (2) Turkey Wattle Neck where the skin becomes very loose and hangs, (3) Heavy Neck where it’s a combined looseness of skin, having fat and volume underneath that’s descending and muscle that’s also descending and the neck contour is no longer there.
