Ingredients 2 slices sandwich bread 3 teaspoons butter 1 teaspoon milk 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese 1 slice American cheese 2 eggs A little salt to taste A little ground white pepper to taste Instructions 1.Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, season with ground pepper and salt.
