The demand for Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) has risen significantly over the past two decades due to their established immunomodulatory and tissue regenerative activities. They show therapeutic potential in treating inflammatory diseases and stimulating tissue repair after injury, as well as a starting source for cell therapy and as a drug delivery vehicle.
