#mugu #mugum # Despite being Nepal’s fifth largest district and pretty popular because of Rara Lake, many people know very little about Mugu district. Mum or Mugu village, from which the whole district adopted its name and its beautiful pastures are unknown to many. So, with the initiation from the youths of Mugu Village, we set out to explore the area and also document the Yarsa collection. In this episode, we take you along our journey from Kathmandu all the way to the last northern village of Mugu District, Mugu and explore its people, culture, history, traditions and surroundings. And there’s a very interesting looking mountain nearby the village, Swangeri, which has a big hole, believed to be caused by the arrow shot by Pala Gopo.
