In this video I was asked by subscriber Haley to do a bloom in my diamond edge bowl in pale purples. I mixed up 10 oz of Istoyo 1:1 resin, seperated it into three 50ml containers and I mixed Dark Orchid alcohol ink in one, purple resin dye in second (Lets Resin) and both deep purple/starry purple in the Lightwish resin ink. I reserved some clear. I poured first layer in clear, then added the dark orchid followed by half the lightwish, then the purple, then the remaining lightwish. Finally I mixed up more dark orchid and poured that on top to fill to line of bottom of bowl. After cured I mixed up 6oz of Istoyo resin, put it on my heat mat to help heat the resin to 35C. I poured on top of the bowl to almost fill it, leaving enough space to add the white. I then mixed the dark orchid alcohol ink in a cup with the lightwish colors and used a pipette to drop the ink on the resin, while that spread I mixed up my white, 1.75oz of clear, two drops of white castin craft and 5 drops of Lets Resin white sinker white alcohol ink.
