How To Use Up Scraps/ Rail Fence Quilt Top/ Scrap Fabric Ideas

In this tutorial, I will take you step by step on how to make a rail fence baby quilt. I have chosen to use a variety of scrap fabrics with all textures, so my quilt is a bit wonky. I love using up scraps and I was giving this little bundle to work with. I decided to add a 5-inch border to make my rail fence quilt top bigger. I hope that you find this sewing tutorial helpful. ***** Please know that when I said I'd link my "How To Make A Border" video, I realized after I had never made a "How To Make A Border" video......... OOOPS sorry about that. How to Make A Boarder Be sure that your quilt is squared up before you add the border. I cut 5-inch strips, I connected the strips together until I had the length that I needed, Take and sew your side strips on by placing the right sides together, sew each side strip Take and add the top strip Then sew the bottom strip Press so it will lay flat THANK YOU ALL FOR WATCHING!
