In this video we will be installing the Cycle Shed bolt on bobber seat kit. It comes in a kit with everything you need to install it on you classic BMW Airhead motorcycle. You can get the seat kit that includes a seat bracket, seat, and all hardware, or you can get just the bracket which works with most standard seats, just check the measurements on our website. To do this remove plastic nuts in the rear of the gas tank. Then you will need to shut off the gas and remove the fuel lines from the gas tank. STEP 2: Assemble the seat. Place the seat upside down so that the bolts are facing up. Put the bracket over the two center bolts. Attach the seat to the bracket with the hex nuts. Don't forget to add thread lock to the seat bolts. STEP 3: Install the bracket. Insert the bracket into the frame opening located under the tank. Make sure that you select the proper hole in the bracket based on the size of your tank. Use the bolt and nut included in the kit to secure the bracket to the frame and apply thread lock to the bolt for added strength. STEP 4: Re-attach the tank and check for seat positioning. Once the bracket and seat are installed make sure it is on the bike securely. Put the tank on the bike but before you re-attach it make sure it is comfortable for you to ride at the current seat adjustment setting. If not remove tank and re-adjust to the proper setting. If you are happy with the setting go head and re-attach the plastic nuts and fuel line. STEP 5: Enjoy riding! May you pick up many babes... or dudes.
