In the descent (avroh) of this raag, after the Uttarang (higher octave) Kalyan ang (Sa' Ni Dha Pa; Ma Dha Ni Dha Pa) is followed by Pooriya Dhanashree ang in the Purvang (lower octave) (Pa Ma Ga Ma Re' Ga Re' Sa) or Pooriya ang (Ma Dha Ga Ma Ga Re' Sa) is taken.
