Super Mario Bros. 2 World Record speedrun

Super Mario Bros. 2 for NES, finished on console in 8:52.5 by Chris "cak" Knight on Nov 18 2012 minimalist run, no glitches (comments below) This is my first published SMB2 run since 2006, and only took 3 weeks of playing. I'm most likely not finished, but it's a good enough time for me to take a break, which I sorely need after recording two speedruns in close succession. The second to last room in 7-1 contains the only significant mistake, but it's pretty significant, heh heh. Also, there was a tiny bit of slowdown at the final boss, which I can easily avoid now.
