Welcome back to the second episode of the JK 1 ton swap video series. If you missed the first episode i recommend watching it first, as i discuss the importance of the axles i am using and the benefits of this swap. Before starting the swap into my JK it is important to get these axles prepped and ready for the truss swap kit as well as any other bracket removal. I went ahead and removed the carrier and ring gear, as well as the axle shafts. To make the bracketry removal easier i would recommend a large angle grinder like this: https://amzn.to/2swhFUy Go ahead and stock up on sawzall blades, grinding discs, cutoff wheels, and flap wheels.
