•Explore the anatomy and connections between the jaw, hips and pelvis. Did you know that if you have jaw tension, you could help it by releasing tension in the hips? And if your hips are tight, loosening tension in the jaw could help? It has long been known in Chinese medicine that the two are linked, but recent scientific studies and research have shown that there really is a connection. Here I take you through some of the links to consider when we're thinking about the body. Although this could be useful for anyone, it's particularly useful for singers as jaw tension can be a big hinderance when improving your singing technique.
