In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make this bold abstract architectural cake. This is the easiest way to do an optical illlusion cake that I have come across. Stir to remove as many clumps as possible. Sometimes putting it in the microwave for 30-60 seconds can help. Put mixture through a sieve to remove remaining clumps. Let the mixture sit for a while to thicken up enough for a good drip consistency. Place in a piping bag with a small hole cut in tip and pipe like a chocolate drip.
