Not kidding, I think the Scorn boss throwing the lantern off the map may have been the reason why I wasn't under 50 minutes. Still proud of the massive improvements I made here. A lot of changes in terms of weapons, exotics, fragments, aspects, and mods. I wanted to run weapons that synergize with my subclass. 1. Zaouli's and Sunshot instead of No Survivors. Even tho I am not having permeant uptime with my Healing Grenades because of Demo kills, I still mostly have my grenades up when I need them. Hand Cannon ad-clear is extremely disgusting, if it feels sluggish, make sure you have a reloader and max reload speed perks on the Hand Cannon 2. Heat Rises instead of Icarus Dash. TBH I don't know why I chose Icarus Dash. Heat Rises gives you pretty much melee energy on the spot, more access to the weaken artifact mod. 3. Dragons Breath and Briars Contempt. Dragons Breath is extremely ammo efficient, and deals insane amounts of damage (with Catalyst BTW) when paired with Dawn Chorus, more availability with special ammo. Instead of heavily relying on Heavy, your secondary damage is Special Ammo spam, and your Dragons Breath is doing Damage Over Time. Briar's is only good if you have Surrounded on it, otherwise, I would actually stick with Leviathan's Breath still. On the last platform (all out stage), you aren't surrounded, but you have already dealt insane amounts of damage in the previous floors, so the effects of no Surrounded is minimal. Witherhoard as bonus Damage over time is the cherry on top to max out my damage. 4. Dawn Chorus. USE THIS WITH DRAGONS BREATH AND DAYBREAK. I did not believe my friends when they said Daybreak was meta with damage. It is, and it is quite disgusting with Dragons Breath. 5. Minor Mod tweaks. Mainly, put an Elemental Charge, so I can get charged with light from the Firesprites created by Dragons Breath and other sources. My Strategy for those interested in trying: 1. If you want to run a restoration x2 build, PAY ATTENTION TO TIMER, sometimes, if it runs out, you can easily get one-shot by multiple sources. 2. Don't force damage phases and take it slow. If things are going wrong, don't force yourself into damage. Reset and regain control. You can also not enter damage phase on purpose to build some Heavy Ammo, or rebuild your restoration x2 in between damage (mainly for Ogre). You want to have the ammo and super to enter final stand (Big Mistake I did not do), you don't have to have full ammo, but don't force into final stand if you are missing the ammo needed to finish off the boss. There is no rush, take your time! 3. Number 1 targets you really must kill ASAP: Wizards, Blight Eyes, and Scorn Snipers. The reason I died in most attempts was because of those enemies. 4. Occasionally hop around to proc heat rises melee regen, you really want your melee up to weaken bosses. Careful with Ogre, since he can knock you off the map. If he is about to, Phoenix Dive into the floor. 5. Shoot the Blight Eyes during the all out platform. Even if you have no Heavy, you will still have a bit of extra damage done due to Witherhoard and the Ignitions caused by scorching several blight eyes around the boss.
