River Severn Barbel Fishing at BAA Eardington Brook - Near Bridgnorth!

Join me on the BAA section at Eardington Brook, south of Bridgnorth for an afternoon session in tough low and clear conditions! The initial part of the session was under cloudy skies however these soon passed and it became very bright and warm not helping the already tough fishing conditions. Before the fishing starts - I’ll show you the parking and access for this stretch off the B4555 Highley Road 4-5 miles south of Bridgnorth. I'll also show you a selection of the pegs if you’ve not been to Quatford before and an overview of the layout of the stretch. Once fishing - See how I approach the session and be rewarded with a really lovely Torpedo from the Severn. The equipment & bait I used is as follows - Rods - Korum 1.75lb TC Barbel Rods Reels - Shimano ST4000 Baitrunners Line - ESP Syncro 12lb Rigs - Running rig with 8lb flouro hooklength Hook - Size 8 wide gape Bait - CKO 14mm pellets and Boosted Cocoons from Vortex Baits. Ground bait - CKO flavour from Vortex Baits with lots of hemp.
