Was such an honour to be able to get Frank Gilfeather (@franksnobleart ) on my podcast. Frank is full of knowledge, experience and passion for the sport! In an amateur career that spanned around 200 fights, he boxed for Scotland in the Royal Albert Hall & Stadiums all around Europe, consistently boxing the best fighters amateur boxing had to offer at the time. He has shared the ring with legendary Lightweight World Champion, Ken Buchanan & amazingly, trained alongside the greatest fighter of all time; Sugar Ray Robinson! I first saw Frank on my TikTok a few years ago, spreading his knowledge to viewers all around the world! At 78, he still moves like a man in his 30’s and hasn’t lost any of his power or technique. Frank recently joined Instagram just a few months ago, his rise has been meteoric, gaining over 400.000 followers in that time & a total of 700.000 followers across all of his social media platforms! He’s a true inspiration, sharing lessons, techniques and stories that are improving many boxers and encouraging people to pick up the gloves, & improve their skills, fitness and mental health all around the world - Unfortunately, we only had an hour, so I will definitely get him back on again for a part 2, but he shared some fascinating stories 👊🏻
