The best tour would depend on your specific likes, preferences, activities, scenery and your budget. Renting a private boat is expensive specially if you're a solo traveler or a couple. Group tours are significantly cheaper options. Also with Group tours, everything is already planned so you end up with allotted time per visited spot. But with Private tour, you can customize your itinerary as you please. You can also come and go whenever you want to.
