Quite a fun course. Honestly shines in gear 3 Newest time:    • (OLD) Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers (v2....   Lap 1 had a very good start, I still struggle to get the same distance right out of the gate. The waterfall section with the red drop while holding the wavedash is a bit of a pain to get right, otherwise the rest was fine. Lap 2 I was slow on the initial drop after hitting the jackpot, takes a lot to keep going when runs get dropped frequently at lap 1 waterfalls or not getting the same speed boost from the end speedpad cut (which is weirdly inconsistent). The red drop here was very ideal, minimal braking and easily put me into position to drift for a quick boost. Failed to get the first yellow with the voltage after the trick sadly, also hit the last dash ring after the turn building the blue/rainbow. Pretty good run, but definitely places to fix and improve. Would need to see if heavier characters can fare better for a good time, but from preliminary testing the waterfall drop was a pain going to 6, and beyond might suffer with more turns. Attempted with lower speed and felt about the same (tried Arle at 3/5), would need to test higher speeds. *** A lot of what was done here sadly does not do that well because the cut TB takes in the platinum is faster if you do it a particular way. I've tried to see if the time could be improved following this old way, but sadly it looks like low speed low weight strikes yet again...
