Reg Crab Meat..(Real Crab Meat not Artificial)...2Lbs. Gulf Shrimp..( 40 to 45 count per pound)...2 Packs Angel Hair Pasta...1 Quart of Heaving Whipping Cream...2 Sticks Unsalted Butter...1/2 Cup of Flour...1 Cut Batch Green Onions...2 Cups Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese. 2 Cups Parmesan Shredded Cheese...2 Cups Velveeta Shredded Cheese...1 Small Block Chipotle Gouda Cheese...1 Black Velveeta Cheese.. All Purpose Seasoning.. Salt and Pepper. Parsley Flakes. Granular Garlic. 1 Can Italian Bread Crumbs. Step One.. PREPARE CHEESE SAUCE Cut up Block Chipotle Gouda Cheese and Block Velveeta Cheese put in holding Bowl. Need 5 quart Pot.... 1 stick unsalted butter...cook till butter melted...add 1/4 cup flour mix for blonde roux... Add 4 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream...Cook on Low Fire for 5 Minutes While Stirring.. TURN FIRE OFF....If Sauce is too thick add lil more whipping cream. STEP 2.....PREPARE SEAFOOD FOR LAYERS...……. Take Lobster Meat out of Shell and Cut up into bite size pieces. Using a Sauce Pan Add Splash of Canola Oil ….Add Lobster, Shrimp, Green Onions Cut, and sprinkle All Purpose Seasoning to taste. Cook for 5 Minutes on low fire....Adding Parsley Flakes and Garlic ….. STEP 3 Prepare Angel Hair Pasta...… Using 5 quart pot put half full of water. bring to a boil.. Break Angel Hair pasta into 2 while inside packs. add pasta to boiling water. add salt to taste and splash canola oil so will not stick.. let cook 4 to 5 minutes test for texture .. Let rest for 2 minutes... Step 4.. Building Layer for Pan..... Butter Glass Cooking Pan with Unsalted Butter.. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.. Put a Layer of Angel Hair Pasta on bottom of Pan.. Add Shrimp and Lobster Spread evenly. Sprinkle Crab Meat and Lump Crab Meat. Add Layer of Cheese Sauce. Using Fork to Filter Sauce down into Pasta and Seafood. Sprinkle Parmesan Shredded Cheese. Velveeta Shredded Cheese. Pepper Jack Shredded Cheese all in pinches. Build 2nd Layer of Angel hair Pasta and Repeat...… Next Sprinkle All Crab Meat Left Add Layer of Cheese Sauce and Use Fork To Mix in Well. Sprinkle all Shredded cheese on top... Using a Spoon Gentle add Thin Layer Italian Bread crumbs to Top of Pan... Put in Oven 35 Minutes WITHOUT OPENNING..... Take Out Flip Around and Put In for 10 Minutes Longer..... Take Out and Dish is Done !!!! Let Sit for 5 Minutes Till Cool To Serve . Enjoy This Amazing Delicious Dish !!!!
