Our journey around the island of Luzon continues. Today Boria and I will be traveling to a strawberry farm in La Trinidad. Here in the mountains in the Philippines, the climate is just right for growing strawberries. I will be picking strawberries right off the bed for the first time in my life. There are many farms in the area that offer to buy strawberries, or pick your own with your own hands. I am happy. We had a wonderful experience. We then bought some strawberry jam and ice cream at the local market, got in the jeepney and headed back to the hotel back in Baguio. Boria showed me how he usually eat strawberries with bread and sugar. I love it. Thus passed another happy day of our life in the Philippines.
