MODERN Campervan Kitchen Pt 2 | Fiat Ducato L2H2 | UK Self-Build Campervan Conversion

Welcome to part 2 of our custom campervan kitchen build. (Check out part 1 here:    • HANDMADE Campervan Kitchen Pt 1 | Fia...  ). In this video we continue the build by cutting out the sink and hob holes in the worktop, sanding and finishing the worktop edging. We chose to buy drawer boxes from drawer boxes.co.uk who supply high quality Blum drawer boxes that are super sturdy and easy to make. I then attached the drawer fronts we made and painted in part 1 and added the handles. It was quite tricky linking up the fronts so they looked perfectly aligned by I achieved it in the end! We then cut and fit our metro tile effect splash back This stuff is great - 3mm laminate that is easy to cut, light weight and looks like glossy metro tiles. These are Multipanel products and we ordered it from Wolseley. Finally we attached the worktop to the carcass using strong CT1 adhesive and then fitted the hob and sink. We're really pleased with how the kitchen turned out. It looks amazing and has so much storage. For an L2 van we have plenty of worktop space between the hob and sink so we're over the moon.
