Bridging Gaps - A Path to High Quality Respiratory Care for Canadians Living with Asthma

With over 4 million Canadians living with asthma, the healthcare system faces challenges in providing adequate care, especially for those with severe and uncontrolled asthma. Long wait times for specialist appointments and a lack of support for asthma management from allied health professionals are key issues faced in the community. In this panel discussion, the focus is on the vital need for enhanced education in patients, families and healthcare professionals, early identification, and advocacy.
