Day 10 — SA Road Trip — Drakensberg to Wakkerstroom!

This leg of the trip was a peaceful, restful day, with mostly covering a lot of ground driving. I included less driving footage in this video because the first section of the drive doubles back on the drive from day 9, so I didn't want to show similar footage twice. Once I got to Wakkerstroom, I had an amazing lunch, then got ready to settle in to my quaint cottage for the night when a fortunate surprise befell me. The studio cottage I'd booked was upgraded to a full-on villa that I had all to myself! I immediately opened the stack doors lining the far wall, soaking in the late afternoon, and to my further surprise, I soon found myself surrounded by a herd of cows! They were less than two feet away from the door, and I couldn't stop myself from Googling, "Are cows friendly?" Spoiler alert: They are!
