DOWNLOAD   / entomologists-moonnue-cover   I was in the mood to watch The Toothfairy when I finished this video, so I sat and searched it, and the old horror movie came up. I haven't seen it yet even though I've made plans to, not just because it shares the same title as the titular kids movie starring Dwayne THE Rock Johnson, but also because it has haunted me since childhood. I used to be scared of the dark, right? Most kids are. I was terrified, horrified, petrified, and my parents liked to pick on me for it. They told me about this movie when I was real little and in the midst of my phobia, but they told me about a very specific scene where all the lights in the house go off and the Tooth Fairy kills the parents and chases the kid into the bathroom where the only light source is and has to sit in the tub until morning for the sun comes up, all while this scary woman is hanging from the ceiling and staring, watching, waiting. Do you know how much that terrified me? I would go to the toilet in the middle of the night and I would imagine this creature hanging upside down with her head peeking over the top of the doorway and just WATCHING me. It was awful! I hated it! I hated it so much! Anyway, this movie is so dumb with the cheesiest soundtrack. This scene, as far as I'm aware, does not exist. This is one of my scariest fantasies and it kept me up at night and also from going to the bathroom, but that's not unlike a lot of my fearful imaginings. (A lot of bad stuff happens in the bathroom in horror movies, okay? It's not fair! That's the one place you're vulnerable! Let me pee in peace!)
