My first horror tribute I have made for this series of horror villains I have started for the month of October. And that is Dracula. Perhaps Universals most iconic horror movie monster ever who has made a long lasting impression among most others. While I do enjoy the character with the idea of a super strong vampire that wears a very groomed and nice outfit that does whatever he can to search for love and then when he finds his mate, he smothers her during her sleep and transforms her into a vampire just like him. It may have been the same concept with every movie Dracula has appeared in where he has the role as the main antagonist during the plot of the story, but some of his movies are enjoyable imo. I did like the 1931 movie even though it was old and there clearly wasn't any soundtrack but it had a very interesting story, and I quite liked Horror Of Dracula. Christopher Lee played one of the most iconic versions of the character numerous times but one movie I truly enjoyed was Batman vs Dracula. I truly enjoyed that movie when I was a kid and I loved the scenes Dracula had, including his overall goal in the movie. And how strong he was as well, and I never knew that he was beyond Batmans strength throughout every dual, and if anything he is probably the most powerful of the universal horror movie monster villains and of course, the most classic. I am still glad he has been getting more and more recognition and that he was in Renfield which is a movie I didn't love but I thought it was watchable at least lets just put it that way. And Nicholas Cage was a unique choice for the character. However, I could have used clips of Dracula from that movie that was released not too long ago which was Dracula The Lost Voyage but it wasn’t available since it was still in theaters and I needed to make this video in a earlier advance because of how overused Dracula is, and making this video was really hard and getting the clips was such a pain in the ass because of how much he appears!!! Of course I can see why since he is so famous and mentioned by other individuals but man, doesn't he appear way more than I thought. So anyway, enough ranting. One thing I am going to mention is for the first 5 days of the month, I will upload my tributes to the classic universal monsters since I did a tribute to 5 of them individually and then after that, my other tributes I made for the horror villains will appear every few days but for the last 2 they will appear within days after. Regardless, I hope you all are still looking forward to it as I am!
