We Are Pigs x The Anix - BRAZEN Official Lyric Video

This is a collab I did with ‪@WEAREPIGSBAND‬ over this Summer. Esjay is one of the most creative and talented producers/writers I have ever worked with and has done some incredible collabs in the past with artists much bigger than myself, so it was an honor to work together to bring this track to life. We both wanted to create something that felt somewhat nostalgic, from the late 90's/early 2000's which was an era we both loved, but bring the production into the modern age and beyond, blending elements of Alternative, Metal, Trap, Industrial, and Electronica. We wanted it to hit hard, and have an abrasiveness to it, then hit a dream like euphoric realm on the chorus. The back and forth, dark vs light, black/white contact throughout the song is what I mainly wanted to emphasize as a producer. We wrote this in Logic Pro, bouncing sessions back and forth between LA and Joshua Tree, then I performed the final mix and master. Hope you like it!
