Obolon Island is a natural gem of the capital, a place for relaxation and leisure for residents and visitors alike. The island was developed in 2024 at the initiative of Kyiv's mayor, Vitali Klitschko. Its opening in May 2024, timed to Kyiv Day, became a real gift for Kyivans during the ongoing war in Ukraine. The uniqueness of our walk is that we visit this island on the very first day after its opening. Despite many people coming here that day to absorb positive emotions and relieve prolonged stress, our steps together will be among the first in this unique natural spot in Kyiv. Get the first impressions of the new uniquely constructed bridge, the opening of which Kyivans had long awaited. Feel the atmosphere of relaxation right in the heart of the metropolis. We will take a circular walk, cover the entire island, check out the park and beach areas, and see how many interesting activities and surprises this walking area offers.
