In July, 2023, Buddhist teachers Paul Haller and Gil Fronsdal led a three-week intensive retreat at Tassajara Zen Mountain Center Monastery in California, exploring the similarities and differences between Vipassana and Zen practices with 44 students. This interview was conducted at the end of the retreat, reflecting on their experience.
