Like many of his colleagues, he too was laid off by Tesla this year. That's despite the dedication he displayed in his role as Production Supervisor at the EV company. He'd been above and beyond. To avoid the 90-minute commute, Nico had been sleeping in his car and showering at the factory. Determined to turn this lifechanging experience into a positive, Nico now finds himself on a journey for financial independence. The story itself is compelling, but it’s his mindset and perspective which is truly gripping.
