1 Year Old Bedtime Routine in our Montessori Home | Montessori floor bed

"The IDEAL" BEDTIME ROUTINE with a 2 year old | our toddler montessori floor bed experience Hi friends! We've tried "THE IDEAL NIGHTTIME ROUTINE" that has been recommended by toddler sleep experts with our 22 month old for about 2 months and it works like magic. So in this video I am sharing what our nighttime routine looks like with a 22 month old toddler. I show you what we do to get our little one ready for bed and I also share how I get her to fall asleep independently. ✅ Alina sleeps on a floor bed. It allows her freedom of movement. The opportunity to move freely in her own room gives her a feeling of independence. What I was suprised to see most during our joureny was that Alina chooses to get back in her bed when she is ready to sleep! I don't have to tell her to go to bed, I don't have to constantly check on her if she is asleep. I trust her that she is totally capable of bring her back to bed when she is ready to sleep. So once we are done with our nighttime routine, I say good night to her, give her lots of kiss and hugs and leave the room then she does her own thing in her room until she feels tired and she goes to bed and sleeps on her own.
